Safety is Paramount: At CCM, the phrase "THINK SAFETY" is representative of what our employees constantly have on their minds. Within our organization, safety is of the utmost importance for our employees. Constructing projects that are safe, hazardous free and promote a healthy life are what we strive for everyday. We have a spectacular track record for safety because of the many safety facets we implement. Some of the initiatives that we take are as follows:
- Weekly safety meetings for all employees (Toolbox Meetings)
- Weekly jobsite safety inspections and write-ups by our OSHA certified safety coordinator
- Hard hat policy on every project
- Daily job inspections and documentation from project foreman
- Accident reporting and documentation
- Daily reminders of the importance of "Thinking Safety" to all employees
- New employee safety orientation and training with CCM safety pamphlet provided
